  1. Nice post. You don’t mention the most important thing about vegetarianism though – which is not harming animals. As a lifelong vegetarian and now vegan, I never can understand how so many animal lovers can bring themselves to eat meat.

  2. Not everybody is a natural meat eater though. I had two very impressive positive effects from changing to a vegetarian diet: 1) my metabolism worked well suddenly and 2) My far too low blood pressure went up to normal.
